From an early age Music has been a very important part of my life. Especially Country Music. I was drawn to other young people with like interest. We listened. We learned. We bought guitars and started our own band in our mid teen years.

My given name of “ David Allen “, was soon dropped in lieu of the nickname “Buck “. It’s such an honor to be given the nickname of the great Buck Owens. Well Buck stuck with me and has been my stage name for over 50 years.

Being born in the Baby Boomer era, I had the privilege to be exposed to the greatest music to ever be recorded. These songs are still among the most recognized when played on the air waves.

My solo shows not only showcase the best in Country Music, but also bring back some of the greatest soft classic rock songs of all time. My hope is to play “That Song” that  brings back those memories . You know the one.
